Learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client present in court seeks permission to withdraw this petition. In this regard, I have perused order dated 16.10.2023. However, petitioner present in court room submits that he will initiate separate legal proceedings for recovery of his belongings, left in the subject premises.
