The present writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 13.03.2026, passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jaipur in case bearing no. SA/228/2026 ('Impugned Order').

We are informed that an appeal against the Impugned Order has already been filed before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi. However, it is stated by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that since DRAT, Chennai is holding charge, there is difficulty in taking up the urgent matter.

Let the petitioner move an appropriate application with regard to their urgency before the DRAT, Chennai.
