% 14.03.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has vacated the premises and vacant and peaceful possession has been handed over to respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent admits the same.

A deed of surrender of tenancy right was also executed between the parties, the same be filed within three days from today in the registry. The terms contained thereof shall be the part of the compromise entered into between the parties.

In the circumstances the petition and pending application stands disposed of.
