Further to the order dated 17.02.2025, Mr. Anshu Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, has taken instructions and submits that petitioner would be satisfied with a direction upon the respondent-Air India Engineering Services Ltd. ["AIESL"], to consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.01.2022 and 02.02.2022 in accordance with law, in a time-bound manner.

Ms. Saloni Jagga, learned counsel for AIESL, is also agreeable to such an order.
