Pursuant to order dated 25.03.2025, Mr. Sanjay Pathak, learned counsel representing the Land Acquisition Collector has stated that in the proceedings instituted by the petitioner for making reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the date before the Land Acquisition Collector has been fixed on 08.04.2025.

He further states that on conclusion of the hearing of the said matter, appropriate decision on the application for making reference shall be taken by the Collector expeditiously.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by Mr. Pathak, which are based on the instructions given to him by the Land Acquisition Collector.
