This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 3 months.

It is stated that the arguments have been concluded and only the Award needs to be passed by the learned Arbitrator. 3.

Issue notice.

Mr. Katyal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

As the arguments have been addressed and only the Award needs to be passed, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 3 months from today. 6.
