The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.
Admittedly, co-accused with similar roles have since been released on bail. The applicant is in custody sine 19.09.2019. The leaned counsel for applicant urges the name of applicant was not mentioned in the FIR and she was named only in the disclosure statement of one of the co-accused.

The learned APP has the apprehension the applicant may not run away as one of her co-accused namely Sonia @ Jeetu. For this apprehension, conditions can be imposed upon the applicant. If the co-accused with similar role have since been granted bail, she is also entitle to the bail.

In the circumstances, the applicant Kajal is granted bail on her furnishing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/Duty MM. The surety of the like amount shall be furnished by the petitioner within a week of the learned Trial Court resuming its normal functioning. The petitioner is also directed to provide her contact number/address to the SHO of police station
Parshant Vihar, Delhi as also she shall keep open her location application in the mobile at all time.

Since the complainant is yet to be examined in trial, the applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or try to contact with the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall also make a telephone call on every Monday at about 10.30AM to the Duty Officer of PS Parshant Vihar, Delhi.

The learned counsel for petitioner has also mentioned the permanent residential address of the petitioner as House No.A-1509, Jahangirpuri, Delhi.

The Jail Superintendent prior to acceptance of personal bond shall also verify her permanent residential address within three days. 8.
The petition stands disposed of in above terms. 9.
