% 02.05.2016 I.A. No.5261/2016 Learned counsel for the defendant No.1 appears on advance notice. It is noticed that jurisdictional value of the suit is Rs.40 Lakhs. In terms of the notification No.2718/DHC/Orgl. dated 25.11.2015, issued under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present suit is liable to be transferred to the Court of the concerned District Judge.

Accordingly, the present suit stands transferred to the Court of District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts. The parties shall appear before the District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts on 18.07.2016. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the defendant that costs imposed on the plaintiff on 25.11.2013 have still not been paid. Learned

counsel for the plaintiff states that he shall look into the position, and if the costs have not been paid, the same shall positively be paid on or before the next date before the District Judge.
