The present petition was filed challenging the order dated 26.10.2021, pursuant to which the interim maintenance of ₹12,000/- per month was awarded to the respondent. 3.

Concededly, the final judgment has been passed on 19.02.2024, pursuant to which the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of ₹25,000/- per month to the respondent. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous and is, therefore, disposed of.
