O R D E R

% 25.10.2018 Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that no proceedings took place before the Local Commissioner appointed by this Court vide order dated 11.10.2012. He further submits that the plaintiff has already settled its disputes with original defendant nos. 2 and 3 in the suit. He further submits that plaintiffs are still interested in pursuing the suit. As the suit claims a sum of Rs. 1,36,83,749/-, the same is transferred to the Court of District Judge Central Delhi, Tiz Hazari Court. Plaintiffs shall appear before the transferee Court on 20th November, 2018.

Defendant nos. 2 and 3 already stand deleted from the array of parties vide orders dated 21.05.2008 and 04.07.2011 respectively and, therefore, need not appear any further.
