"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent to forthwith consider and decide the application MHA File Number: 2018020441 of Petitioner for grant of Indian Citizenship by Registration under Section 5 ( 1 ) ( c ) of the Citizenship Act, 1955, within a time bound period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court;"
