The grievance of the writ petitioner, in the present application, is that his radiological investigation, for ascertaining whether he had a calculus in either of his kidneys, was not conducted by the concerned doctor at the Army Research & Referral Hospital, New Delhi despite the orders passed by this Court.

Mr. Subodh Kumar, learned SPC for the respondent, instructed by Mr. Major Muralidhar, submits that the investigation could not be conducted on the date fixed as there were large number of patients lined for CT Scan and some of them were emergency cases. He submits that the petitioner would be reporting at the Army Research & W.P.(C) 3666/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Referral Hospital, New Delhi and the CT Scan would be conducted today.
