Petitioner had sought to impugn eviction notice dated 27.02.2020 on the ground that Appellate Tribunal for Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 was not in session because the learned Presiding Officer was unwell.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently learned Presiding Officer has resumed the sittings and accordingly he seeks leave to withdraw the petitions reserving their rights to move /- afresh before the appropriate authority.

The petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
