Learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the present Writ Petition is covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Kalu Ram vs. Union of India & Ors. W.P.(C) 4042/2025 decided on 10.12.2025.

Through the present Petition, the Petitioner prays for direction to the Respondents to release the benefit of ex-gratia in terms of Office Memorandum, as he was boarded out of service due to disability on 24.02.2024.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present Writ Petition is disposed of while directing the Respondents to grant release the benefit of ex-gratia to the Petitioner in terms of the judgment passed in Kalu Ram (supra), within a period of next three months. ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.
