The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to conduct a fair investigation and arrest the assailants/accused persons in FIR No. 006/2019 under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered with PS K. N. Katju Marg.

The learned counsel appearing for the State states that a chargesheet has already been filed and six accused have been arrested. 3.

In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
