The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to transfer the investigation relating to FIR Nos.402/2018, 408/2018, 409/2018, 400/2018 and 401/2018 lodged at PS Fatehpur Beri to any other agency.

Mr Mehra, learned standing counsel appearing for the State submits that since there are number of FIRs and there are some aspects which require consideration, the investigation be transferred to the Crime Branch, Delhi. 3.

In view of the above statement, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to forthwith transfer the investigation relating to FIR Nos. 402/2018, 408/2018, 409/2018, 400/2018 and 401/2018 lodged at PS Fatehpur Beri to Crime Branch, Delhi.

It is clarified that this order has been passed without examining any of the allegations made in this petition and nothing stated in the order should be construed as an expression of opinion on the said allegations. 5.
