Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions to the Respondents, to transfer the Investigation proceedings initiated by the Respondent No. 1 to the Respondent No. 3 in respect of supplies from M/s Jaina Trading Company to the Petitioner.
