By virtue of the present bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), applicant seeks grant of interim bail for a period of 30 days in FIR No. 172/2019 dated 30.05.2019 registered at PS.: Jyoti Nagar, Delhi under Sections 302/307/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file the same afresh.
