This is first Bail Application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking regular Bail in FIR No.773/2023, under Section 307 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, Delhi 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Application with liberty to move a fresh Application before the learned Trial Court.
