This is a joint application filed by the parties seeking disposal of the appeal in terms of the Settlement arrived at between them on 21.11.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A copy of the said Settlement Agreement has been placed on record. 2.

In the light of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2024. Consequently, it is made clear that the impugned judgment will no longer be enforceable and the parties will instead be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2024.
