At this stage the counsel for all the defendants appears. 4.

The suit is for recovery of money. The defendants no.1&2 are residents of Sukhdev Vihar, New Delhi and the defendants no.3&4 are residents of Gurgaon. 5.

The Joint Registrar in the order dated 10th May, 2016 has recorded that Sukhdev Vihar falls in South-East District.

The counsel for the defendants also states that the suit be transferred to the South-East District.

The suit file be accordingly sent forthwith to the District Judge, South-East. 8.

The parties to appear before the District Judge/Additional District Judge, South-East District on 9th August, 2016.
