O R D E R

% 03.07.2024 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] 1.

This appeal is directed against the order dated 09.02.2024 passed by the Family Court.

The appeal is disposed of with the following agreed directions concerning visitation rights of the child that the couple have from their wedlock: - i.

The respondent/father will be allowed to interact with the child telephonically for 15 minutes on weekdays between 07:00 PM and 7:15 PM.

ii.

On Saturdays and Sundays falling in the month of July and up until 15.08.2024, the respondent/father will have the liberty to interact with the child physically. The respondent/father will collect the child on every Saturday and Sunday up until 15.08.2024 at about 07:00 PM and will return the child to the appellant at 08:30 PM.

iii.

After 15.08.2024, insofar as the weekend(s) are concerned, the interim custody of the child will be shared between the appellant/mother and the respondent/father. The respondent/father will have the interim custody of the child on every alternate weekend. The respondent/father will collect the child on Saturday at 02:00 PM. This arrangement, in the first instance, will commence from 17.08.2024 (Saturday) and the child will be returned to the appellant by the respondent/father at 07:00 PM on 18.08.2024. 3.

This arrangement will carry on till final orders are passed concerning the child's custody.

Consequently, the pending application shall stand closed. 5.
