The present appeal under Order XXI Rule 58 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "a) Allow the present Appeal and set aside the impugned order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Mr. Deepanker Mohan, DJ-04, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in Ex. 423/2016 titled as M/s Rajdhani Enterprises vs. Anil Mehta and allow the objections of the appellant and order dated 04.12.2025 may also be set aside/quashed: Or b) Set aside the impugned orders and remand the matter to the Learned Executing Court with a direction to conduct a proper adjudication under Order XXI CPC, after framing issues and granting the Appellant a full and fair opportunity to lead evidence with respect to the nature of possession and rights in the property; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
