Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed with a prayer that the petitioner's right to personal liberty be protected; the respondents be directed to transfer the FIR No.290 dated 09.04.2022 from respondent No.4, DIU to some independent agency and that the investigations be conducted under the supervision of Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the investigations have already been completed and one chargesheet has been filed in the Court against the accused Sanjay Kumar though not the present petitioner. However, some documents from FSL are still awaited in respect of which the supplementary Chargesheet shall be filed. 3.
