% 09.10.2018 CRL.M.A. 32826/2018 (by applicant for directions) The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India has handed over a Status Report on behalf of the FRRO, which inter alia reads:- "7. That in view of the above mentioned facts, it is submitted that in absence of any formal intimation/direction from the Hon'ble Court, the LOC in respect of Jai Bhagwan Panwar was active in the database. After receiving this Hon'ble Court order dated 24.09.2018 wherein it has been mentioned that "........the court is of the view that the LOC has been issued in FIR No. 259/2017, it shall be deemed to have been quashed........", the LOC was deleted on 04.10.2018. Now as on date, no LOC stands against the petitioner Jai Bhagwan Panwar".

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner stands duly redressed, in effect, there is no impediment to him to enter into or exit from India in accordance with law.

The petition stands disposed-off.
