This application has been filed by the petitioner praying for withdrawal of the present petition in view of the settlement arrived between the petitioner and respondent no.2 vide settlement agreement dated 06.07.2024.

The petitioner is present in person and has been identified by the learned counsel of the petitioner. He reiterates that he be granted leave to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications are also disposed of as infructuous.
