The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that an earlier application for grant of bail had been withdrawn since, inadvertently the facts could not be mentioned in the said bail application. 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 3.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, to move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court.

Further, the learned Trial Court is also requested to expedite the trial. 5.
