In view of the fact that the petitioner, who claims to be the widow of late Sh. Ranjit Singh described as a squatter squatting behind YMCA, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Gate No.1, New Delhi, has applied to the TVC for being recognized as a valid Tehbazari holder, on his demise on 17.7.2013 and the said application is pending consideration, this court does not propose to entertain the present petition.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC for appropriate relief.

The writ petition is disposed alongwith the pending applications.
