Matters have been listed on the office noting. 2.

Registry has pointed out that in the order dated 29.05.2024, the following order was passed:

"In O.M.P.(ENF)(COMM) 103/2023, a sum of Rs.

1,64,57,50,358/- to be released in favour of the Decree Holder - B L Kashyap and Sons Ltd.

All the remaining amount lying deposited in O.M.P.(ENF)(COMM) 103/2023 along with the interest accrued thereon be released in favour of the Judgment Debtor - Emaar India Ltd.

Further, it has also been agreed that in respect of the amounts deposited in O.M.P.(ENF)(COMM) 104/2023 the entire amount of Rs. 4,31,90,20,241/- along with interest accrued thereon is to be released in favour of Emaar India Ltd."

It has been reported that the figure in bullet para 3 has been typed as Rs.4,31,90,20,241/- instead of Rs. 4,31,90,241/-. The error seems to be inadvertent.

The modified/corrected order, as follows, be uploaded. Previous order be downloaded/deleted from the website, if required, as per rules. 5.

Copy of order be given dasti under signature of Court Master. 6.

Registry is directed to proceed with the order dated 29.05.2024 in accordance with law.
