% 11.03.2020 Since the Petitioner has already filed an appeal before the ADM, Kanjhawala, the present petition is disposed of, directing the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority after depositing 50% of the claimed amount. Upon the deposit being made within a period of one week, the appeal shall be taken up for hearing on or before 3rd April, 2020. Ld. counsel for the Respondents, upon instructions, submits that since the Petitioner has now agreed to deposit 50% of the amount for hearing of the appeal, till 3rd April, 2020, the electricity shall not be disconnected. This order shall be subject to further orders that may be passed by the Appellate Authority.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms. All pending applications are disposed of.
