This is an application seeking restoration of the captioned execution petition as the balance amount as directed in the order dated 29.05.2024 has not been paid.

It is stated that the demand draft was prepared for the said amount but the demand draft had expired and could not be renewed. 3.

Since the amount is lying in the Bank, it is directed that a sum of Rs.1,37,78,096/- be released via electronic transfer within two working days by the Manager, RBL Bank, Branch: Vasant Vihar (0182) in favour of Buniyad Constructions Private Limited, Indian Bank, Preet Vihar, A/C No. 6484235697, IFSC: IDIB000P156.
