The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that appropriate orders be issued directing the respondents to provide certified documents of treatment accorded to her husband in order to enable her to claim the same from the employer of the petitioner's husband. It is stated that the petitioner's husband - Late Shri Sukhdev Singh - was working with Delhi Vidut Board, and it is stated that he expired on 04.09.2016. It is stated that he was admitted to respondent no.1 hospital from 01.08.2016 till his demise i.e. on 04.09.2016. And, prior to the same, he was admitted to respondent no.2 hospital.

The petitioner claims that she has been allowed the pensionary

benefits by her husband employer, however, she is unable to claim reimbursement of the bills pertaining to his treatment at respondent no.1 and respondent no. 2 hospital. It is stated that although respondent no.1 hospital had provided the original bills, the same were destroyed by the petitioner's younger son.

Given the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioner, this Court does not consider it necessary to issue any notice and await representation on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2. Respondent no.1 is directed to provide the copies of all the bills pertaining to the treatment of the petitioner's deceased husband for the period 01.08.2016 to 04.09.2016. Similarly, respondent no.2 is also directed to provide certified copies of the bills for the period January, 2016 till August, 2016 in relation to the treatment to the petitioner's husband. The same be provided to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the service of the copy of this order. 5.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion as to the petitioner's entitlement for reimbursement of the said bills. 6.
