This petition has been filed, inter alia, being aggrieved by the fact that the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (in short, 'Tribunal'), has not been able to hear the Original Application (O.A.) filed by the petitioner, being O.A. 1990/2024, titled Patil Aditya Rajkumar v. Department of Personnel and Training, due to paucity of time.

As the O.A. relates to the issue of allocation of service in the Civil Services Examination-2022, and delay in adjudication thereof may cause administrative chaos, we request the learned Tribunal not to grant any unwarranted adjournment to either of the parties on the next date of hearing, which we are informed is tomorrow, that is, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
