The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged unauthorized construction raised at property bearing H. No.11802, Gali No.6, Sat Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1/MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that no unauthorized construction is being carried out at the property in question.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present petition be treated as a representation by the MCD and a speaking order be passed by the MCD, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is directed accordingly. 4.

Let the petitioner i.e. Kamal Ratawal, appear before the concerned AE, MCD, Karol Bagh zone on 15.04.2024 at 02.00 PM.
