Counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff submits that he has instructions from the plaintiff to withdraw the present suits. 2.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant no. 1 in CS(OS) 225/2022 and for the defendant no. 5 in CS(OS) 200/2023, does not object to the same.

Accordingly, both the suits being CS(OS) 225/2022 and CS(OS) 200/2023 are dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the withdrawal of CS(OS) 225/2022, the sum of Rs.70,00,000/- deposited by the defendant no. 1 in the said suit, vide order dated 9th August, 2024 is directed to be released in favour of the defendant no. 1, i.e. Sajjan Pansari.
