The suit has been listed by the Registry today for transfer to the District Courts, as the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore.

As per the plaint, the cause of action accrued at the office of plaintiff situated at New Friends Colony, New Delhi, where purchase orders were placed by defendant no.1, which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi on 22nd December, 2016 for further

directions.
