% 15.05.2024 I.A. 8811/2024 By way of the present application filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the plaintiff/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present suit based on a settlement comprised in 'समझोतानामाआपसीपᳯरवार', being in the nature of a Memorandum of Understanding-cum-Settlement Deed dated 08.09.2023, which is stated to have been signed by the contesting defendants. In compliance of order dated 23.04.2024, a clear copy of the aforesaid document has been placed on record.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed. CS(OS) 262/2023 In view of the prayer made in the above application, the suit stands disposed-of as withdrawn.
