% 01.12.2017 Despite pass-over none is present on behalf of the petitioner. By this petition the petitioners have sought quashing of FIR on merits. In the status report it has been revealed that the parties have entered into a settlement before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts on 4th September, 2017. This appears to be the reason for non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State informs that after investigation charge sheet has also been filed in the FIR. Petition and applications are dismissed for non-prosecution. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
