Nobody appears on behalf of respondent despite advance notice. 2.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition. He, however, seeks a small accommodation. He contends that when written statement was directed to be taken on record by learned Trial Court vide order dated 17.01.2025, there was also, simultaneously, a direction to plaintiff to file replication and affidavit of admission/denial of documents and for completion of pleadings by 28.03.2025. It is submitted that since plaintiff had challenged the abovesaid order, the replication could not be prepared. It is, therefore, submitted that a period of two weeks may be granted to petitioner to do the needful.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the abovesaid request is allowed and, therefore, petitioner i.e. plaintiff CM(M) 544/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. would be permitted to file replication and affidavit of admission/denial of documents within two weeks from today.
