Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that their petition be considered as a representation, before the Standing Committee. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the present writ petition shall be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner Association by the Standing Committee.

In case need be, the petitioner shall also be granted an opportunity of hearing before the Standing Committee.
