The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for revival of the present writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 21st August, 2025, the respondent was directed to ensure that water and sewage connection to the petitioner-School, shall be provided within a period of four weeks.

reflected in the order dated 21st August, 2025. However, though the respondent has installed the connection of water and sewage, the same is not in accordance with the capacity/requirement of the petitioner-School. Instead of installing a 'commercial' connection, the respondent has installed a 'domestic' connection and even the said domestic connection has not been started.

It is further submitted that the respondent has installed a thinner pipe meant for domestic-use connection, which is also not operational. Thus, the present application has been filed.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Delhi Jal Board ("DJB").

Let Status Report be filed by the DJB within a period of four weeks. 7.

Re-notify on 03rd February, 2026.
