% 26.03.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 471/14, under Sections 498A/34 of IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Delhi is sought on merits. Since petitioners have an alternate and efficacious remedy to seek discharge from trial court by urging the pleas taken herein, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent extra ordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly this petition and applications are disposed of, while relegating petitioners to urge the pleas taken herein before trial court at the charge stage.
