It is agreed between the counsels for the petitioners and the respondent no.1-school that what are the monetary reliefs which would be granted and payable to the petitioners be decided by the Director of Education or his nominee inasmuch as it is stated that certain amounts are payable to the petitioners under the heads of gratuity and leave encashment. W.P.(C) No. 476/2015 & conn.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the Director of Education or his nominee to hear the parties and thereafter pass speaking order with respect to the amounts payable to the petitioners which are subject matter of these writ petitions and the speaking order so passed be communicated to the parties concerned. Needful be done within a period of four months from today. The Director of Education or his nominee will issue notices to the parties for appearance so that they would be heard.
