Present public interest petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking directions to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to stop the illegal carving of a colony on government/agricultural land on Khasra Number 42/9 and 42/11 in Village Baprola, Nangloi, Delhi in the name of Baprola Vihar, Veer Bazar Road, Baprola Extension by the Respondent No. 3. in connivance with the SHO, Baprola and the SDM Nangloi, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the officials of Respondent No. 1 and 2 know that the Respondent No. 3 is carving out an unauthorized colony/plotting on the said land without getting any permission from the competent authority.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that the land owning agency i.e. DDA has not even been impleaded as a party to the present writ petition. She emphasizes that a notification under Section 507(a) of the DMC Act has already been issued. Consequently, this Court directs the present writ petition to be treated as a representation to the Chairman, Special Task Force stated to be headed by the Vice Chairman, DDA. A copy of the present writ petition along with annexures shall be forwarded by the Petitioner to the Vice Chairman, DDA within two working days. In the event, the writ petition is forwarded to the Vice Chairman, DDA during the stipulated time, he shall decide the same in accordance with law by way of a speaking order preferably within four weeks. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
