The petitioner has filed the present application inter alia praying as under:- "a. issue directions to Respondent No. 1 to 3 to implement order of STF dated 21.8.204 (as the said matter was referred to STF by this Hon'ble Court in W P (C) 4422/2024) and b. direct respondent No. 1 to 3 to stop and seal illegal and unauthorized Carving / settling Unauthorised colony on Govt Land/ Agriculture land in Village Rani Khera, Kanjhwala, Delhi, KHASRA NO. 36//14, 36//17 and 36/ 18, 23 and 24. c. direct the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to protect the said DDA land with fancing/ boundry wall and remove the boundary wall and roads constructed by Respondent no. 4 on the DDA Land. d. issue direction to respondent No. 1 not to issue electricity connection to illegal constructions.

e. Pass such other, further order/s in the facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and equitable in favour of the petitioner."

The present petition, viz the above captioned petition was disposed of by an order dated 22.03.2024 directing that the above captioned petition be treated as a representation to the Chairman, Special Task Force with further direction to the Vice Chairman, DDA (being a Chairman of Special Task Force) to decide the same in accordance with law. 3.

It was made clear that if the petitioner has any other grievance with regard to the orders passed by the Chairman, Special Task Force, the petitioner would have the liberty to avail his remedies. 4.

It would not be apposite to entertain an application with a substantive prayers in a disposed of petition.

The application is accordingly dismissed.

The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
