This bail application has been filed by the applicant seeking regular bail in FIR No. 424/2020 dated 06.05.2020, under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959. Chargesheet has been filed under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

The bail application filed by the applicant on an earlier occasion was permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 27.05.2024, wherein this Court had requested the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial. The only change in circumstances at this stage is that the trial is not completed. 5.

out of 37 witnesses have been examined till date. 6.
It is however, pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that all material witnesses have been examined and only the official witnesses remain. He submits that he is hopeful that the remaining witnesses will be examined in the next six months.

Considering the above, this Court does find it apposite to entertain the present petition at this stage. 8.
The learned Trial Court is once again requested to expedite the recording of evidences.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
