This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the chargesheet dated 18.10.2020 filed in FIR No. 332/2018 under Sections 341/323/509/354B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is pointed out that the charges have already been framed by order dated 07.02.2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order framing charges.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
