Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal, however, the time granted by the learned Single Judge in his order dated 18.03.2026 for approaching the Appellate Authority may be extended. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal along with pending applications stands dismissed as withdrawn.

We, however, provide that further two weeks' time from today shall be available to the appellant to approach the Appellate Authority in terms of the order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge.
