State has tendered status report in Court, which is taken on record. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition seeking writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Ankita Sharma.

Ankita Sharma has been produced in Court. She is a major. Status report discloses, and is so stated by Ankit Sharma, who is

known by the name Jannat Khan, that she of her own free will and accord converted to Islam and married Tariq Khan, respondent no. 3. She states that she is voluntarily residing with her husband Tariq Khan and she is happy in her relationship with her husband and in-laws. She states that petitioner may hand over her educational documents to her so that she could pursue her further education and look for a job. We have interacted with the petitioner and Ankita Sharma @ Jannat Khan in Chamber. The petitioner has agreed to hand over all the documents of Ankita Sharma to her through the Investigating Officer concerned. Since Ankita Sharma has been produced before this Court and she has made her statement, no further orders are called for in this petition and the same is hereby disposed of.
