1. The learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation states that a Compliance Affidavit has been filed. Let it be brought on record before the next date.

2. Another affidavit may be filed, specifically dealing with the issue of whether the noticee has encroached upon the public path. Measurement of the road shall be carried out for such determination. Photographs taken from multiple angles shall be annexed to the said affidavit before the next date.
